Cat Houses

Ahh, the creature comforts of home. A cat home, that is. Cat houses, also called cat condos, offer warmth, security, and comfort to cats when they want to rest (which is about 75% of the day!).

Generally, cat houses tend to be lower to the ground than other cat furniture, providing choices of one or more enclosures for cats to rest in without adding much height to the structure. By remaining low to the ground, cat houses provide quick, easy access to refuge which may be especially important when caring for an older or invalid cat.

For households with multiple cats, we recommend choosing a cat house with at least two enclosures. This will help minimize territorial issues which may cause unnecessary stress or behavior problems.
