FREE SHIPPING POLICY
We provide FREE ground shipping on all orders to the lower 48 states.
Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories are not covered by our Free Shipping offer. If you live in AK, HI or U.S. territory, please CALL us for a shipping quote.
Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO addresses require specific handling on our part and are not covered by our "FREE Shipping" offer. If your address requires us to ship by US Post, please call our customer service department with your order. Because of post office requirements, we can only send packages up to 70 pounds; please note that some of our products exceed this weight limit.

RETURNS
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS We strive to offer quality products that should provide your pet with years of enjoyment under normal use.
If your Ace Cat Furniture product is defective, damaged, or missing a part, we will at our discretion (1) ship you a replacement product (2) send you a replacement part, or (3) issue a Return Authorization number and refund.
DO NOT SIMPLY RETURN YOUR PRODUCT. You must first contact us by email (customerservice[at]acecatfurniture.com) or phone (800-404-7068) and we will work with you to determine the best solution to your problem, including issuing a call tag for the defective item to be sent back to us.
You must notify of us of defective or damaged merchandise within 7 business days of receiving the item.
RETURNS FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT DEFECTIVE If you choose to return your Ace Cat Furniture product for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect or damage caused by shipping, it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping.
Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery and after first obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER by calling 1-800-404-7068 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday. Return authorizations are required in order to receive proper credit to your account. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA#. - Items MUST be returned in new condition and in the complete original packaging.
- Items MUST be properly packaged and we recommend having it insured.
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to determine if it is resellable and then issue a you a refund.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Be sure to write your name, address, and RA# legibly on your label. DO NOT write on the box itself..
